Renzo and I have a Valentine tradition where we cook each other a fancy dinner. We always do it the Saturday around Valentine's Day. We get all fancy; we even make menus! Mind you, we eat dinner in our pj's...

For Renzo, Panzanella Salad with Arugula, Basil and Goat Cheese:Salad for me was Mixed Greens with Crusted Goat Cheese:

Pasta for Renzo was Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli (heart-shaped of course!) in a Lobster, Shrimp and Scallop cream sauce:

My pasta was Angel Hair in White Truffle Oil and shaved Black Truffles:

For the main course, Renzo had Almond Crusted Salmon with Puff Pastry and Pesto served with Creamy Orzo:

And I had Proscuitto Wrapped Chicken stuffed with Pesto:

I made Chocolate Tiramisu for dessert and Renzo made us Chocolate Martinis to go with it. Yummmmmmm-O!
