We did our annual Vantine’s Day Feast tonight. Shared appetizer of Bruschetta, Tuscan Salmon over Portobello Risotto for me; Pan Seared Ribeye with Blue Cheese Compound Butter, Prosciutto Roasted Asparagus and Parmesan Roasted Potatoes for Renzo; selection of Italian pastries for dessert!
